Steven Rothman joined Primus in 1987 and has 20 years of private equity experience. Prior to joining Primus, Mr. Rothman served in various financial management positions at Acme-Cleveland Corporation, Reliance Electric, and Boeing. Mr. Rothman earned a BS in Mathematics from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.

Mr. Rothman manages all financial and administrative activities for Primus.

Dominic E. Offredo

Dominic Offredo joined Primus in July 1998 as Accounting Manager and became Controller in July 2001. Prior to joining Primus, Mr. Offredo was an auditor and consultant for Deloitte & Touche where he focused on the real estate, not-for-profit and financial services industries. Mr. Offredo earned a BSBA in Accountancy from John Carroll University, is a Certified Public Accountant, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Offredo manages internal and external financial reporting, including fund financial statements, tax returns, and limited partner communications. Mr. Offredo also oversees the cash management of the Primus funds and provides “in-house” support for the information technology function at Primus.

Jennifer Torok
Accounting Assistant

Jennifer Torok joined Primus in October 1998 as an Administrative Assistant and was promoted to Accounting Assistant in June 2003. Prior to joining Primus, Ms. Torok held various corporate-level administrative positions at several national retailers. Ms. Torok earned a BSBA in Marketing from Bowling Green State University and is a Notary Public in the State of Ohio.

Jennifer handles the day-to-day general accounting duties, including accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and monthly journal entries. Ms. Torok also manages Limited Partner contact information, including the management of capital calls and distributions for the Primus funds.
