Primus Announces Director Appointment

Cleveland – August 27, 2009 – Primus Capital Funds is pleased to announce the promotion of Scott W. Seelbach to Director.
Scott has been with Primus for seven years and has served as a Principal since 2004. He focuses primarily on investments in the business services and healthcare sectors and represents Primus on the board of directors of Healthcare Management Systems, Inc. Scott is also actively involved in the firm's investments in Cleveland Unlimited, SPARTA Insurance Holdings, Inc. and Three Eagles Communications Company.
Prior to joining Primus, Scott served as an investment banking analyst at Carleton, McCreary, Holmes & Co. and as an investment banking associate at McDonald Investments Inc. Scott received a BA in Political Science from Yale University and received his MBA with honors from the University of Chicago.
